The partnership model
Six steps, handled in-house
- 1
Evaluation and alignment
Category assessment, competitive review, pricing positioning and a realistic volume plan agreed before launch.
- 2
Registration and market access
Dossier preparation and submission to the Ministry of Public Health, pricing files and reimbursement submissions.
- 3
Import and clearance
Order planning and shipment coordination by our internal logistics team, with customs and freight handled through appointed forwarders.
- 4
Warehousing and distribution
Goods received into our own warehouse: stock control, order preparation, quality control, dispatch and delivery by our own fleet.
- 5
Field execution
Pharmacy and OTC selling, merchandising and point-of-sale execution, and scientific detailing to HCPs and dietitians.
- 6
Launch, training and reporting
Product launch programmes, staff and pharmacist training, marketing activation and regular reporting back to the brand owner.
Regulatory and market access
Registration is the gate to the market
In Lebanon, all pharmaceuticals, food supplements and related health products must be registered with the Ministry of Public Health before they can be sold. A dedicated regulatory function sits inside our business, not outside it.
In summary

Our own warehouse and fleet
Storage, order control and last-mile delivery stay ours, so service levels are ours to answer for.
