Glucomannan in the context of an energy restricted diet contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g
of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.

DIRECTIONS
Dissolve the contents of a stick (3 g) in a full glass of cold water (250 ml), stir briskly and drink immediately. Then, drink another full glass of
water (250 ml). Take before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
